It’s time to dust off your lockpicks and get sneaky-Heists, the newest Thieving-focused content in RuneScape, launches today. With this update, players can now push their Thieving skill all the way to level 120, unlocking high-stakes heists, shiny new rewards, and a fresh excuse to rob everything in sight.
Heists: Solo Missions with a Side of Chaos
Heists introduces a series of “solo-together” missions-you’re technically on your own, but you’ll be watching other players’ movements (and mistakes) in real time to plan your perfect run. Think stealth, strategy, and the occasional smug chuckle as someone else triggers a trap.
Use all your classic Thieving tricks-pickpocketing, chest looting, safecracking-to dodge guards, bypass traps, and escape with the goods.
Two New Locations, Tons of Trouble
- Vault of Hereditas – A ghost-guarded vault buried in Kharid-et. Ideal for level 95–105 Thieves. Eerie, ancient, and lucrative.
- Asuran Arsenal – A timing-heavy stronghold for elite level 108–118 Thieves. One wrong step and it’s game over.
Both locations offer fresh loot, heaps of XP, and enough tension to make even a seasoned rogue sweat.
More Than Just Loot
Alongside the heists themselves, today’s update adds:
- New money-making methods for traditional Thieving
- Fresh NPCs to pickpocket
- New chests to crack open
- A fully unlocked Thieving skill cap of 120
