It’s official! A new Fallout title from Bethesda is coming, titled ‘Fallout: 76‘.
The game was teased on a Livestream and introduced by Todd Howard personally, in a teaser trailer that ended the Livestream on Bethesda’s Twitch channel.
The game appears to take place in Vault 76, which (judging by the music played over the trailer), is in West Virginia. The Vault was referred to as ‘The Missing Vault’ in a brief mention in Fallout 3, but has not been featured yet in any main series title. The West Virginia setting is also new to the franchise.
Todd Howard introduced the game as a new title from Bethesda game studios themselves, before signing off with “See you all at E3”
There are some claims that the title will be online, but they have yet to be verified. Stay tuned to this page for updates as they emerge!
