Doom: Eternal, a sequel to the 2016 DOOM reboot, was announced today at BE3. The game appears to be set on earth, with the Doomslayer’s appearance more reminiscent of the armour in the original 2 games than in Doom (2016)
This new game is toted to feature ‘twice as many demons’ as the previous entry, although it’s not confirmed what exactly this means.
Doom: Eternal will debut at QuakeCon this August.
