Earlier today, Bandai Namco’s European division confirmed that the much anticipated Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker will be releasing tomorrow, on August 31st. The title is the latest in Bandai Namco’s interpretations of the Naruto franchise, and will be releasing for the Xbox One, PC, and Playstation 4.

A primarily online fighting experience, this title will allow players to build teams of four using a large cast of characters from the Naruto through to Boruto series of the Naruto franchise, and compete in 4v4 fights to become the top ninja squad around. Players may also create and customise their own characters for the squad if they desire.

Coinciding with the release will be the first round of the title’s recently unveiled global competitive ranked Ninja League. Players will compete for Grade Points to secure their place in the global rankings, but loses may mean a loss of Grade Points, and thus demotion of rank, adding a truly fierce edge to this competition. The first round will run from August 31st, through to September 20th.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker comes in two editions – Standard and Deluxe – ranging around £49.99/$59.99 USD and £64.99/$89.99 USD, respectively. The release trailer may be seen below.
