Any fans of this lesser-known title still out there?
XIII was first released on the Playstation 2 back in 2003- back when we were all playing Timesplitters and Beyond Good and Evil. A fair while ago, actually. So there’s a fair chance you’ve, like me, never played or even heard of it- but that’s about to change! XIII is coming to PS4 on 19th November 2019, as a PS4 exclusive.
XIII currently sits at a 75% rating on MetaCritic, with praise given to its story and art style while criticisms are often aimed at the feel of the game’s gunplay. The Playstation blog aimed to address these issues, showing that the remake is focused on delivering the game’s story first.
“Our goal is to bring XIII’s compelling story to a new generation of players with the best possible graphics and animation. The result will be nothing short of spectacular as we promise to celebrate the amazing work done on the original game.”
