Ubisoft have officially moved production of the Prince of Persia Remake over to Ubisoft Montreal and in doing so require some additional time to regroup. Whilst a new date has not yet been provided the tweet, announcing the news, confirms that development of the game is still very much going ahead.
Whilst definitely a little disappointing for lots of people, I would rather have a true remake of this beloved title than something that is halfway between a remake and a remaster and serves no purpose; I do however wish it was made easier to play the original trilogy on current consoles.
