A million-year prison sentence is the price to pay for living. In a dystopian future, the world is ravaged by pollution, depleted of natural resources, and humanity lives in sprawling prison complexes called Panopticons. Bandai Namco Europe will publish FREEDOM WARS REMASTERED, the cult classic action game originally released on PlayStation®Vita, for current-gen platforms early next year.

Set in a nightmarish future where anyone born into this hellscape is deemed a “Sinner”, players seek their freedom by volunteering for extremely dangerous combat operations to compete with other Panopticons for what remains of the planet’s dwindling resources. The remastered title will bring enhancements including 4K resolution, upgraded textures, and 60fps for current gen platforms.
FREEDOM WARS REMASTERED is slated for release on 10th January 2025 on Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4 and PC via Steam®.
