Shiro Games has launched the first major update preview for Farever, giving Steam Early Access players a new region, demonic world events, stronger gear and plenty of things that probably want to eat them.
The Nightling Invasion is now available as a Major Preview on PC via Steam Early Access, with the official free launch set to arrive at a later date. Farever will also be available with a limited-time 15% discount from 25th June as part of the Steam Summer Sale.
So, if you enjoy fantasy adventure with a side order of demonic portals and questionable life choices, Siagarta is calling.
Rifts bring large-scale demon battles to Farever
As per the press release, The Nightling Invasion expands the world of Siagarta with mysterious portals known as Rifts.
These Rifts lead to Niflel, a wicked realm packed with escalating waves of demonic enemies. Up to 15 adventurers can join forces in large-scale world events, taking on minor, major and primordial terrors.
Victorious players will earn Demonic Souls, which can be exchanged for exclusive rewards. These include unique mounts, powerful weapons, rare runes and valuable treasures. Nothing says “job well done” like loot carved out of demon problems.
Ramburg opens its gates
The update also introduces Ramburg, the imposing stronghold of the Crimson Rams.
Players can explore the Lower City, tackle two challenging new dungeons, and investigate the towering Cathedral. The streets are packed with monks, soldiers, zealots and inquisitors, while rooftops and hidden passages offer routes deeper into the secrets surrounding the feared High Inquisitor Chakram.
The Nightling Invasion also raises Farever’s level cap to 25. Alongside that, players can dive into new quests, activities, equipment sets and achievements.

“We’d like to invite both new and returning adventurers to answer the call and experience the wealth of new content arriving in Farever,” said Quentin Lapeyre, Game Director. “The Nightling Invasion major update introduces a new city, world events, dungeons, achievements and progression systems, but this is only the beginning. We have ambitious plans for Farever throughout 2026, and we can’t wait to share more with our community. For now, gather your allies, sharpen your blades and prepare to venture into Ramburg with the Open Beta today.”
Farever is available now in Early Access on PC via Steam for $19.99 / £16.99 / €19.99, with a 15% discount available from 25th June during the Steam Summer Sale.
