A new trailer dropped during today’s coverage of Nioh 2 – the first of a few presentations that will be held regarding the title.
The trailer focused heavily on battles against the yokai; we saw a horse, wolf, and kitsune, amongst others. The protagonist this time around is a young man who is half human, half yokai – travelling around Sengoku-period Japan, it is up to you to keep humanity safe from violent yokai in a particular turbulent era. You will meet friends – humans, yokai, and half-breeds alike – and will be able to utilise your yokai heritage to become a truly powerful warrior.
