Smash is finally here, and we are OBSESSED with the amount of characters we have been given in the newest game of Nintendo’s long running franchise… But there are a few characters we hope get added as time goes on! Check out our choices:
Javier
I’m not really an Nintendo console guy (I’ll always have my emulators), and I haven’t played a Smash game since Melee on the Gamecube… So here are my ridiculous (And I mean ridiculous) requests for DLC characters…
Doom Guy: Can you imagine kicking Pikachu in the nuts and then turning around and ripping Kirby in half… You can now. Just watch out if Kirby manages to eat him…
Arthur Morgan: In a game about quick reflexes and last minute reactions, why not play as a character who controls as if he’s wading through treacle!
Spongebob: As a tribute to Mr Hillenburg and because i love him. He can transform into practically anything through the power of animation…
Stan Lee: WHY THE FUCK NOT.

Can you guess who I’m going to pick? Can you? No? Darth fucking Vader. Just imagine Mario being force choked, Link being cut down by a saber, and I dunno, maybe like Kirby being crushed by something Darth picked up with his mind. What about calling in an orbital strike as a Final Smash?! Hell yes why isn’t this a thing already?! Oh right yeah… Licensing.

With Joker from Persona 5 having just been announced, all cards are off the table… And as such, all I want is my golden boy to get his letter signed with that divine logo – Yes, Sora should join Smash. No, not because of Kingdom Hearts 3 releasing, but just because of how damn diverse his moveset is – Magic, Forms, Summons (Albeit this would just be in the form of Assist Trophies), defensive abilities like Glide, Quick Run and High Jump, and the sheer agility and finesse of his attacks could make him an extremely flashy, light-hitting but fast-striking fighter in the Smash roster – I’d imagine his Final Smash would be something akin to his Final Form, where he would receive double damage and double casting on all of his magic, increased speed and such – Essentially acting similarly to Wario’s Final Smash or Sonic’s.
That, and I just want Riku as an Echo fighter…
