Bethesda does it again – just after the failure of their latest release, and the controversy over their Collector Edition bags, it has come to light that Bethesda Support accidentally allowed customers access to their internal systems, allowing them to view, open and close other customer’s tickets, as well as see those customer’s address and contact information.
The situation came to light after people who submitted tickets regarding their Collector Edition bags noticed they could actually access the support system itself via said tickets:

Bethesda has since resolved the issue, and made the following tweet:
