New zone, new enemies, and a much-needed save system land in this roguelite shooter

Deadzone: Rogue is getting bigger and meaner. During IGN Live, we got our first proper look at Zone 3, the final area still in development as part of the game’s Early Access roadmap.

First Look at Zone 3

The new trailer gave fans a glimpse of what’s coming in Zone 3, including fresh enemy types, terrifying bosses, and some deadly new environments. It also teased new gameplay systems, although details are still under wraps. Expect your runs to get a lot more intense.

New Update Brings Free Skins and Checkpoints

A new content patch has landed for all players. You can now unlock free weapon skins by completing missions, and solo runs finally have a checkpoint system. That means you can save your progress and come back later without starting from scratch.

If you’re new to it, Deadzone: Rogue is a roguelite first-person shooter where up to three players fight their way through a space station overrun by biomechanical horrors.
