Pokémon is turning 30, and to celebrate, The Pokémon Company International is teaming up with London’s Natural History Museum for a one-of-a-kind Pokémon pop-up shop. Running from 26 January to 22 March 2026, the Cranbourne Boutique inside the Museum will be completely transformed into a Poké-themed shopping experience.
Exclusive Merch, Exclusive Location
This isn’t just any merch drop – the collaboration brings a whole new product range inspired by the Museum’s iconic building and archives. Expect clothing, accessories, stationery, prints, and yes, a brand-new exclusive plush that’s bound to become a collector’s prize.
You’ll also be able to grab the collection online via the Natural History Museum shop starting January, with profits supporting the Museum’s charitable mission and its 400 scientists. A limited selection will also appear on the Pokémon Center UK Online Store.

Tickets Required (But Free!)
Here’s the catch: the pop-up is ticketed. Don’t worry though, tickets are free and go live 1 October 2025. You’ll want to move fast – demand will be sky-high. Grab your tickets here.
Natural Partnerships
The collab isn’t just about cute merch. Both Pokémon and the Natural History Museum share a love for the natural world and its many forms of evolution. As Adam Farrar, the Museum’s Director of Commercial and Visitor Experience, puts it:
“There is such a wonderful alignment between Pokémon and the Natural History Museum – we’re obviously both big fans of the natural world and its evolution and diversity.”
Mathieu Galante, Senior Director of Licensing for Pokémon Europe, added that the design inspiration came straight from the Museum’s iconic architecture and naturalist sketches.
