Heads up, mech lovers: our custom-built dream game is asking for a bit more soldering time.
We know you’ve been tuning your thrusters and painting your battle chassis, but BREAK ARTS III’s launch—originally scheduled for August 8—has hit the brakes. MercuryStudio wants every swivel joint, rocket booster, and AI loadout to feel right before liftoff. They’re asking for a little extra time to make sure the final version is polished to perfection.
No firm new date yet, but if deep customization is your jam, it’ll be worth the wait.
Why the Delay?
Picture this: building a custom robo‑racer with wild joints, snap‑on rocket arms, and battle-grade weapon systems… then dropping it onto a terrain with nuclear snow and zero gravity, only to have it fall flat because of a glitchy animation.
MercuryStudio doesn’t want that. They’re fine‑tuning every module, joint, and schematic—so when BA3 launches, it works and looks mega.
What to Expect When It Lands
When it’s finally here, BREAK ARTS III promises:
- Endless mech customization—think wings, weapons, joints, colors, module placement, ammo types, and more
- Race modes, battle arenas, and hybrid Battle Racing with dynamic gravity and terrain
- New modes: Diorama (pure fashion show robot design), Score Attack, and co-op gameplay
- Prize-based blueprints unlocked through competition
- Stunning visuals with full photo mode and filters
In the meantime, head over to BREAK ARTS III Steam page, to keep up with the latest updates and show support with adding it to your Wishlist!
