INK INSIDE, the CO-OP action RPG with the heart of a Saturday Morning Cartoon developed by Blackfield Entertainment and published by Entalto Publishing, have revealed a December 12th Steam launch for INK INSIDE with a vibrantly colorful trailer featuring a cursing fairy princess and gameplay that looks like “Zelda with dodgeballs.”
Created by some of the minds behind Steven Universe: Unleash the Light, INK INSIDE’s unique combat system lets you fight back against “sog” monsters that have been invading a children’s notebook by hitting them in the face with dodgeball “CORES!” Hold and aim your attack before letting go at just the right time to trigger unique weapon “perks” – then get in close and knock the wet out of them with a melee combo.
Get even more buff by collecting new gear, unlocking stronger abilities, and filling your COOL MOVES bar to BREAK THE RULES and deal extra damage by smashing through the invisible wall protecting your enemies.
Revealed on their YouTube page (and a popular Reddit post) on Friday, Dec. 6th, the trailer features exciting and never-before-seen gameplay married with hilarious cutscenes and a talented cast of voice actors including Brian David Gilbert (Polygon’s “Unraveled,” Dropout), and Deneen Melody (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Sword Art Online).
