That’s right! Our favourite purple dragon is returning to our screens!! Originally leaked by French website jeuxvideo, after a supposed mistake on Amazon Mexico listing for the Spyro: Reignited Trilogy was found this morning, a recent gameplay trailer has surfaced showing off gameplay of all three Spyro titles remastered with current generation technology!
Fans can expect Spyro The Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage and Spyro: Year of the Dragon to be bundled into this one collection in a similar format to the Crash Bandicoot N’Sane Trilogy, with it releasing in September 2018. Developed by Activision studio Toys for Bob and published by Activision, the trilogy will be releasing on Playstation 4 and Xbox One, with the likelihood of coming to PC and Nintendo Switch given the warm reception to the Crash Bandicoot N’Sane Trilogy coming to those platforms.
