On June 4th, Rockstar announced the Special, Ultimate and Collectors Editions of Red Dead Redemption 2. They also unveiled pre-order bonuses for the game.
All pre-orders will include the War Horse and Outlaw Survival Kit, giving you a special horse with more stamina, then the outlaw kit giving you key items to help survive including health kits. Digital Pre-Orders will also get a cash bonus within the story mode and a treasure map to help lead to the treasure hidden around the maps (You must pre-order by July 31st for the treasure map).
The Special Edition unlocks exclusive story content, including a bank robbery mission and a gang hideout, a thoroughbred racehorse, talisman and medallion gameplay boosts, cash bonuses and discounts, the Gunslinger Outfit and free access to additional weapons including the Pump Action Shotgun and Lancaster Varmint Rifle.
The Ultimate Edition includes all previously mentioned content, Two more bonus outfits, A third horse, a theme for your game console home page, and an XP boost to level 25 on Red Dead Redemption Online.
And now for what you’ve been waiting for, the Collectors Edition content. Will you a Metal Tithing box with a lock and key, a Collectable Challenge Coin, a double-sided Puzzle, a Six Shooter Bandana, A treasure Map, A Pin Set, A set of Playing Cards, A Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue and 12 Cigarette Cards.
Along with the pre-orders, if you happen to still be playing GTA Online, you can get bonuses with your pre-orders:
