Quake Champions Closed Beta Applications open NOW!!
It’s almost time to return to the Arenas, so dust off your rocket jumping and Railgun skills – sign-ups for the highly anticipated Closed Beta for Quake Champions are now open on the game’s new web site, launched today at www.Quake.com. The Closed Beta is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
Fans looking for more details about Quake Champions can hit the web site for information about Arenas, weapons, and Champions. Also, keep an eye out this week for more details and gameplay videos profiling both the first Champion, Nyx, coming Wednesday, and the first Arena, Blood Covenant, arriving this Thursday.
Can’t wait to play? Well good news for you — Quake Champions will be available for free play this week at PAX East in the Bethesda booth (#18007 and 20007).
To celebrate the Closed Beta, Bethesda has released a new gameplay trailer, showing off all the frantic, skill-based fragging and intense speed players can expect from the next great Quake multiplayer game. Dystopian World of NIER: AUTOMATA comes to PS4 today in North America!!
The battle between androids and machines is underway as SQUARE ENIX today announced that NieR: Automata is now available in North America for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system. The game will also be available on Steam beginning March 17.
Developed in collaboration with PlatinumGames Inc., NieR: Automata delivers the perfect mix of action and RPG gameplay. Players will battle as androids 2B, 9S and A2 as they fight to reclaim the world for their human creators and uncover truths long forgotten.

KOEI TECMO America today proudly announced the release of the latest entry in developer GUST Studios’ long-running Atelier series, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey, now available for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, digitally for the PlayStation Vita handheld system, and on Windows PC via Steam. In the 18thentry in the beloved franchise, players will follow the adventures of the wanderlust alchemist Firis as she takes her first steps into the outside world to become a certified alchemist and embark on a grand journey.
After spending her entire life in an isolated village, Firis Mistlud learns of the Alchemy Exam and decides to set off and discover the mysteries that life has to offer. In the game’s vast new world, towns, environments and other locations reach up to ten times the size of those in the series’ previous entry, Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, with views ranging from busy harbors to murmuring rivers, to imposing mountains, and more. WEBZEN Soft-Launches New Mobile RPG “Knight Fever”
WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, today soft-launched a new pixel hero RPG, Knight Fever, in Canada and Germany.
Knight Fever is a retro-style RPG, featuring fast-paced casual gameplay and intense strategic battles. A sequel to Buff Knight, the massive hit and 2014 Korea Indie Game winner, Knight Fever allows players to delve into the world of swords and pixels while battling numerous monsters to protect each lane.
WEBZEN has partnered with the developer, Buff Studio, to bring Knight Fever to the global market.

FATSHARK CELEBRATE 1,000,000 SOLD VERMINTIDE WITH A FREE DLC!
Independent game developer Fatshark announced today that Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide has surpassed one million copies sold.
To celebrate this momentous milestone, we are giving the players a treat – the Lorebook DLC. Totally free, but you got to work for it. The pages have been ripped out of the book and scattered around Ubersreik. As you collect them, you will unlock the stories behind various locations, enemies, and the heroes, as well as information about the Warhammer Fantasy world. A must read for the FANtastic players of Vermintide. Console players can also enjoy a free DLC; Quests & Contract.

Tanki X “Modules” update. Now tanks might get faster, stronger or even go invisible.
The last major update in Tanki X brought us Modules, devices that players can install on their machines and get active abilities that can be used in battles, or passive bonuses that will permanently improve the stats of the tank.

By combining various turrets and hulls, players can build their own machines called X tanks. With the Modules release, tank customization capabilities have grown — every hull has received different module slots in which four types of devices (Scouting, Defence, Support, and Special) can be installed by the players.
Now, if you face two tanks which look similar (let’s say both use heavy hulls and plasma guns) in a battle, it will be wrong to assume that they pose an identical amount of threat: one of the tanks may be loaded with defensive modules and mine the road behind him, while the second one might have some maneuverability added to his tank and play aggressively. Thus, taking into consideration the equipped module sets is now important for both controlling your tank as well as playing against others.
For now, а batch of 11 modules was added to the game, and the AlternativaPlatform developers have promised to improve the current set of modules by adding new mechanics, which will make the customization of the tank more flexible and make the gameplay more rocking and fun.
